group. Our experienced catering
associates will deliver and setup an
attractively decorated buffet with
chafing dishes and table decorations and
ensure the service of

controlled foods. Includes removal and
cleanup of the buffet area following
your event. This buffet includes catering associates on-site for
90 minutes
serving time, table coverings (we will
provide up to four eight-foot serving
tables), disposable plates, napkins and
eating utensils. |

SLAYTON'S
CATERING RESERVATION POLICIES: |

Minimum |
Slayton's starts its catering
programs with a minimum of 30 guests @ $9.75 per guest, or the
dollar equivalent of $292.50.
This is based on the minimum
number of guests at the Express Buffet cost. Prices do not
include Colorado Sales Tax. |

Headcounts |
A final guarantee is required
four business days prior to the event by 3:00 pm and should
be provided to the event
coordinator who assisted you in
arranging the function. If the event coordinator is unavailable,
guarantees must be given to
the restaurant manager. A single,
final number is needed on which food will be purchased,
prepared, and for which you will
be charged. |

Confirmation
Agreement |
All catered events are
finalized with a signed confirmation agreement, designed to
protect our customers. This confirmation
agreement
provides an accurate listing of all the details related to
your event. To ensure there will be no misunderstanding
between Slayton's catering and our clients, no catering
functions will be undertaken without a Confirmation
Agreement
signed by the
client. |

Payment |
Slayton's
accepts most major credit cards, cash and
pre-approved personal and business checks. A 30%
deposit is
required10 days prior to the event
for those events with a cost of $1000 or more. The
remainder of the balance must be
paid in full the day of the
event. Events with a cost less than $1000 may be made in
full the day of the event. |

Taxes |
Pricing does not include Colorado
Sales Tax. We will
happily accommodate tax-exempt organizations (letter must
accompany signed Confirmation Agreement). |

All prices are quoted per person,
unless otherwise noted and are subject to change up to
the point of a signed Confirmation
Agreement. |

Delivery Charges & Gratuities |
|
A $50 minimum delivery fee will be added to Express Buffet
orders. An 20% gratuity will be added to Barbeque
Lover's
Buffet orders.
