Slayton's features traditional Kansas City-style barbecue, using only the highest quality cuts of meat and slow roasting at low temperature for several hours in a traditional hickory pit. Natural juices are sealed in, while a gentle overtone of hickory permeates the meat. Meats are then lightly basted with a signature sauce to preserve moisture and flavor. Don't forget to finish your meal with a selection of delicious desserts made to share!
